This is a 75-min guided movement journey created to bring you into the presence of God.

As Christians, our entire lives rely on this precious and highly personal relationship, yet many of us are deeply challenged by the myriad distractions that make up our modern world. Stress and overwhelm can diminish our ability to access our connection to God. This can lead to a lack of personal relationship and, ultimately, an inability to hear God speaking His will into our lives.

The Secret Place is a safe space for you to show up exactly as you are, mess and all, just as God intended to meet you.

You will be guided through a personal experience with God utilizing the body as a tool to drop into authentic embodiment and communication.

We will use movement, breath, and sound to access deep inner truth of the body, soul, and spirit.

When we are true to ourselves, honest with what we're really going through, it allows God to speak to our hearts and minds in very real  and ongoing ways.

Think of this class as a practice in communing with God and allowing Him to nourish your body, your soul, and your spirit, much like when Elijah sought God in the wilderness.
Attuning to that still, small voice is the biggest tool you possess in this life.
