I have been working with parents and young children for the last 12 years and received my degrees in Early Childhood Education and Family & Human Development.

What I've learned is that, oftentimes, we've adopted ineffective patterns of communication and relating from our families of origin, no matter how loved we may have been as children.

The problem with trying to figure it out alone, is that you don't even know what's off because you're simply doing what you've been taught. An outside set of eyes can see the areas that go unnoticed and lovingly reflect back more effective approaches to relating with your child/ren that will make your lives significantly more joy-filled.
We will implement simple shifts in communication, touch, space-holding, schedule, and/or activities that will completely transform your lives and relationships.
