Service Description

A somatic experience for women. It is a process of deepening your vulnerability through prayerful movement and breath. You will be guided through a very gentle, yet effective series of exercises that provide your body the time and attention she needs to feel the deeper things. Whether you are harboring frustration, anger, rage, grief, confusion, or simply feel empty, this time is designed to be one of nurture, safety, and nourishment for you and your body that has been through so much. Our bodies store painful memories, emotions, and trauma that never had a safe space to be felt and worked through. With the support of the Holy Spirit, your instructor, and the wonderful body and breath our Father in Heaven gave you, there will be opportunity to see Abba at work: healing, restoring, and, sometimes, speaking. I am simply a guide and support during this time together. All glory and honor go to Him who sits on the throne. Please, prepare for our time together by finding a room that provides you ample space to move freely and sound privacy, as there is often audible release through crying and even momentary yelling for some women. You will want to ensure nobody should enter your space during this time, as this will assure your nervous system that you are in a safe environment to feel and be vulnerable. Please bring: - an exercise mat - a water bottle - wear comfortable clothing - a Bible - a notebook + pen *Savings is available through purchasing a Plan* Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you need a session within the 24-hr period, please send an email and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we cannot book your session, then your session will need to be rescheduled. All appointments are scheduled in Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time (HAST). Please account for any time difference based on your location. If you miss your scheduled appointment without 24-hr notice, rescheduling will not be permitted. All sessions are non-refundable.
