Service Description

A safe and confidential space for you to recover from narcissistic abuse with a sister by your side. There is ample opportunity to share your story with me and receive active listening and reflection. I will ask guiding questions that are intended to provoke more depth and understanding. There may be times we pause to go into a memory and allow the trauma to release. This is a focused and sacred time, so please come prepared with any questions, concerns, or things you may need guidance on. *Savings is available through purchasing a Plan* Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you need a session within the 24-hr period, please send an email and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we cannot book your session, then your session will need to be rescheduled. All appointments are scheduled in Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time (HAST). Please account for any time difference based on your location. If you miss your scheduled appointment without 24-hr notice, rescheduling will not be permitted. All sessions are non-refundable. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Please ensure you are fully available on the date and time you select. Coaching is a collaborative process and does not guarantee specific results, transformations, or outcomes. Progress depends on the client’s commitment, participation, and engagement. Please provide your best email address and phone number at checkout to ensure you receive appointment confirmations and session details. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you do not see your confirmation email. All sessions are conducted via Zoom. Please, ensure you have the app installed and account created prior to our meeting. You will also need to ensure there is a quality internet connection.
